Why Are You Still Trying to Earn What’s Already Yours?

3 Questions to Ask Yourself if You're Still Feeling "Unworthy"

It’s hot as HELL here in Crete.
Like… don’t-want-to-move kind of hot.

Low-key? We didn’t want to do anything today. At all.

But we pushed ourselves—because that’s what you’re “supposed” to do on a trip like this, right? Get out, explore, take photos, make it worth it.

And even though we didn’t regret it… we came back to the room and looked at each other like:

“Why?”

Why did we force ourselves to do something just to feel like we’d “earned” the trip?

Just to validate that the experience was worth the money?
The travel?
The effort?

And then it hit me.
This is what we do everywhere.

We reference invisible standards to justify our own joy.
We try to earn rest.
Earn love.
Earn abundance.
Earn being seen.

We override what we actually desire to prove we’re not lazy. To prove we deserve it.
To prove we’re “good.”

But let me be real with you…

That’s not your true self.

That’s your overachiever wound.
That’s your “I-need-to-be-useful-to-be-worthy” energy.
That’s a loop. A pattern. A lie you’ve unconsciously inherited.

So I want to ask you:

What are you referencing to determine your worth?
What “invisible scorecard” is running the show?
And is it even true?

Because the truth is this:

You don’t need to prove your worth.
You ARE the worth.
You ARE the value.
You ARE the damn trip.

The more you rest in that remembrance, the more the universe rushes in with red carpet energy.

So stop performing for a version of you that was never even real.
Stop referencing your past to determine your present value.
Stop trying to earn what your soul already came here fully equipped with.

It’s just an energy. And it’s time to let it go.
