I’m Paget Kagy, a frequency healer, intuitive guide, and energy coach, here to help you reconnect with the deep, unshakable power of who you truly are.

I didn’t set out to become a healer or spiritual teacher. I was just seeking answers to why my life felt stuck and unfulfilled no matter what I tried. For over a decade, there was this persistent whisper in the back of my mind: “Is this it? Is this all that I have to offer in life?”

I craved a life of excitement, abundance, and adventure but couldn’t seem to access it. It felt like there was an invisible wall separating me from the freedom and joy I knew was possible.

So I became a seeker. I dove into mindset work, meditation, retreats, therapy, and endless self-help books. While they were comforting and enlightening, nothing quenched my thirst for understanding the deeper mechanics of life—or helped me unlock lasting transformation.

Then, in early 2022, everything changed.

I was pacing in my garage, frustrated and searching for answers,
when a sudden flash of knowing struck me:

"You have all the power within you.
You are the creator of your reality."

That moment of clarity was like a lightning bolt. Though it disappeared as quickly as it came, it left behind this deep knowing. I realized that if I could reconnect to that truth and embody it fully, I could transform my life into something extraordinary.

From that moment on, I was on a mission—not just to heal, but to release everything that wasn’t truly me. It was a process of peeling back layers of conditioning, fears, and limiting beliefs to rediscover the limitless power I had been carrying all along.

AND THEN,

something magical happened.

As I began to align with my truest self, my purpose revealed itself to me. People started seeking me out for coaching and guidance, without me even trying.

My intuition sharpened, and my healing abilities activated—
I began to see and work with energies and frequencies in ways
I never imagined. What began as my ambitious personal journey became my life’s work.

Today, I’m so thankful that I get to guide others through
their own profound transformations. I’ve watched clients experience dramatic breakthroughs—unlocking unprecedented levels of abundance, purpose, and joy in just a few months. I now know that the power to create an extraordinary life isn’t reserved for the “lucky”—it’s within all of us.
